On this page, I offer several tennis fitness programs.

Not having the time to develop complete programs for physical preparation for tennis, I offer you these programs that have been developed by the site https://www.tennisfitness.com/.

I chose this site as a partner for the quality and professionalism of the advice given.

Nathan and Giselle Martin, who produce these programs, have worked on the professional circuit since 1999.

They have notably worked with Lleyton Hewitt, Samantha Stosur, Martina Navratilova, Jennifer Capriati, Svetlana Kuznetsova and Monica Seles.

It is interesting to know that you have 7 days to cancel the acquisition of a program and get reimbursed, which gives a small period to evaluate the program and form an opinion.

Tennis High Performance Strength and Conditioning

Junior Strength & Conditioning Tennis Program Stage 1 & 2

These programs are for tennis players between 7-18 years old that want to learn the correct way to train for tennis.

Stage 1 is for players aged 7-12 and stage 2 is for players aged 13-18.

Total Tennis Home Workout

This unique program is for tennis players aged 10-60 years that have limited space or time to train.

If you don't have access to a gym or tennis court, don't worry, this program will get you fit, strong and have you moving better on court, all in 4 weeks.

Designed for you to complete at home, in a park or in a small space (Minimum 3 m x 4 m), you will find it effective at getting you "Tennis Fit".

It is ideal to use leading into tournaments to.
